Philip Deane
FCCA, Managing Director
Philip Deane, FCCA, is the managing director. He qualified in 1992 with a firm in Oxford and was then offered a partnership in a practice in South Oxfordshire. He decided to leave in 2005 and set up his own practice.
Phil has a wide range of experience with different businesses, ranging from one person sole traders to larger companies. Although dealing with all aspects of accountancy, his strength is working with business owners in order for them to save costs and minimise taxation liabilities.
Debra Parsley
Office Manager
Debra started her career working at a Solicitors office, then taking on various Business Management roles with the Retail sector. After taking a career break to raise her four children, Debra returned to work in Management and Customer Service. She has a wealth of experience in Sales, Purchase and Finance.
Debra joined PDA in April 2019 as Office Manager.
Georgina Turner
MAAT, Director
Georgina, MAAT, joined the practice in October 2019. Georgina has several years’ experience working with a range of clients from SMEs to large international companies, dealing with a broad range of accounting aspects and with an emphasis on personal and entity tax efficiencies.
AAT accredited and currently studying for her ACCA Chartership. Xero & QuickBooks certified.
William Sinclair
Specialist Taxation Consultant
William comes from a sales, property and manufacturing background bringing a wealth of practical experience from the commercial sector.
He has been both CEO and Managing Director of several successful companies, responsible for all financial management aspects. After working closely with Philip as a former client for many years, William joined the team. William specialises in SEIS and EIS tax incentives.
Michelle Whitehead
Accounts Technician
Michelle started with PDA in February 2022. Michelle is level 4 AAT technician qualified. She has been working in accounts for 22 years. Michelle specialises in payroll, and sole trader accounts.
